The New Museum .

The largest museum of its kind in the world, with over 1 million annual visitors, the Holocaust History Museum relates the story of the Holocaust, from a Jewish perspective. The museum presents the history of the Holocaust as an unfolding narrative, with an emphasis placed on personal stories. The experiences of the victims and their attempts to cope in the face of the atrocities of the Holocaust are presented through authentic artifacts, letters, documents and works of art that have been collected by Yad Vashem over the last fifty years. In addition, personal testimonies are displayed on some 100 media screens throughout the museum.

The Art Museum

The Art Museum is a testimony to the strength of the human spirit and holds the world's largest and most important collection of Holocaust art. It includes works of art that were created under the inconceivably adverse conditions of the Holocaust and a selection of works done after the war by Holocaust survivors and by other artists.
