From the Archives

Newspapers | Documents | Photos | Letters | Monographs | Diaries

Along with collecting documents, diaries and other materials, active research was conducted by the members of Oneg Shabbat. It was aimed at understanding the various phenomena that were characteristic of ghetto life. The intention was to create, both through the gathering and collecting of materials as well as through the research, a whole picture, one which would provide a comprehensive insight into what the Jews were experiencing.
