Partisans’ Panorama

Partisans’ Panorama

“For is the tree of the field man”

(Deut. 20:19)

The visitor to the Partisans’ Panorama will see the silhouette of a tree that towers six meters high. The tree is alive with the figures of hundreds of men, women and children, camouflaged in its branches and disappearing amongst its foliage. The people are the tree-its trunk is rooted in the ground and the human branches are an expression of growth and hope: the hope of the partisans to survive and to fight against the Germans.
